PhD in Philosophy, the University of Toronto. Specialist in climate change ethics, the philosophy of sustainability, planetary health, ethical and political aspects of Anthropocene technologies, literature and the environment, and the history of Philosophy (mainly Descartes to Nietzsche). Previous teaching at the University of South Florida and the University of Toronto. Current member of the Interdisciplinary Centre on Climate Change at the University of Waterloo.
