Biography
I am an Assistant Teaching Professor at Heinz College, Carnegie Mellon University where I teach graduate students enrolled in Master in Information System (MISM) program. Prior to this, I was an Instructor at Penn State University in College of Information Sciences and Technology (IST) since Jan 2011. Before moving into academics, I worked as an IT Professional for over twenty years as a software developer, project/program manager, entrepreneur, consultant, and a teacher.Education

My current research interests focus on the impact of online education on teaching practices in the field of higher-education. I extensively use technology in my own teaching to increase student engagement in my classes. I have published several courses on LinkedInLearning platform, which represents one of the emerging ways education is being shaped in this digital world.
