BiographyI was born in Birkenhead, England, which is on the opposite side of the River Mersey from the city of Liverpool. Further down the Mersey, a town called New Brighton was where I nurtured my love of computer games in the 1970's and 80's during the UK computer boom. Most kids wanted to meet their cartoon heroes but as I grew up, my idols were Matthew Smith creator of Manic Miner and Malcolm Evans creator of 3d Monster Maze!
With over twelve years of multimedia, game programming and management roles under my belt, I have a wide range of experience in my field including some of the biggest brands in the world (companies including Microsoft, RealNetworks and Sony) in designing, programming and managing teams to produce titles for retail, mobile, downloadable, browser-based and console gaming.
Casual games, browser-based games and entertainment. Spent some time working with NeuroSky brainwave reader headsets, researching alternative tools for video game interaction. I'm very much looking forward to getting my hands on the Oculus VR Headset!
Writing, making video games, virtual reality, playing video games, programming, art, movies and spending time with my family.
