Gina Vega is founder and president of Organizational Ergonomics, a communication services consulting firm established in 1994 through which she provides academic services, technical writing assistance, and writing workshops. She is past Professor of Management and is widely published in academic journals. She has authored or edited six books and is a Fulbright Specialist with case teaching and development assignments in Russia and the UK. She is Editor-in-Chief of The CASE Journal.

Biography

Gina Vega is founder and president of Organizational Ergonomics, an academic consulting firm established in 1994 through which she provides case writing workshops and related services and technical writing assistance. She is past Professor of Management at the Bertolon School of Business at Salem State University (MA) and is widely published in academic journals with more than 60 cases and articles. She has authored or edited six books and is a Fulbright Specialist with case teaching and development assignments in Russia and the UK. She is Editor-in-Chief of The CASE Journal.

    My research is inthree complementary streams revolving around organizational structure: entrepreneurship and business transitions, ethics, and the evolving world of work.  

Personal Interests

    I am a fiend for photography, especially nature photography, and studying. Yes, I am that odd - I love to study; it is both my work and my hobby.
