Associate Professor of Professional Practice
Boston University

Although for the past 3 years I have been a full-time academician, I spent the prior 15 or so years as an industry analyst, having started my career in early 1990s with the Nielsen Company. My primary areas of expertise are predictive analytics and text mining, particularly as applied to marketing and risk management problems. Along with my university teaching and research duties, I continue to stay actively engaged in industry work, as a founder of Erudite Analytics (www.eruditeanalytics.com).
