I'm delighted to have co-authored, with Loren Kuzuhara, Creating High Performing Teams (2015). We provide the most current thinking, theory, and research. We include a variety of features to enhance interest, engagement, and skills. Top teams scholars and "real-world" team leaders are profiled and interviewed. Boxed features highlight teams in action and interesting new developments. Skills Practices help students master tools. A rich website has PPTs, a test bank, web links, and more.
