What is an e-Inspection Copy?

An e-Inspection copy is a digital, downloadable version of a print Inspection copy. e-Inspection copies are easy to access and simple to use besides being sustainable. If you wish to learn more about the benefits of e-Inspection copies, visit our Instructor Resources. 

How do I access my e-Inspection Copy?

Once you have completed the Inspection Copy Request form for the textbook you wish to review, you will receive an email with a 20-character access code and instructions to access your e-Inspection copy on the VitalSource Bookshelf page.

As these emails come from an automated email address, they can sometimes get caught by spam filters or end up in junk mail folders. If you don’t receive your access email in a timely manner, check to make sure the email wasn’t caught in spam.

How do I redeem my code?

  • Go to the VitalSource Bookshelf page: https://www.vitalsource.com/en-uk/redeem                   
  • Login or create a new account
  • Select ‘Redeem’ (top black bar)
  • Enter your 20-character download code:  XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
  • Your eInspection Copy will be added to your Bookshelf
  • Double click on the book jacket to open it

On what devices can I read my e-Inspection Copy?

You will be able to read your VitalSource Bookshelf e-Inspection copy on the device of your choice. Our e-Inspection copies are available through iOS, Android, Kindle Fire, Mac and PC.

Can I read it offline?

How do I access the Instructor Resources?

Although many of our textbooks come with supplementary content, the Instructors Resources are not part of the e-Inspection Copy. To check if a Taylor & Francis book you are considering for adoption or already using in a course has any additional resources, simply check the description on the book’s product page. Does my e-Inspection copy access expire?

Unless otherwise noted, access to your VitalSource e-Inspection copy is perpetual.
