Barbara Washington is an educator with more than three decades of teaching experience. She holds an M.Ed. and has earned teacher certifications in three states. She has written teacher training modules, procedures manuals, and curricula for various high school technology courses. The author now works primarily in adult education and remains fully committed to the science of education.
