Biography

Phelton C. Moss is Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy at Virginia Commonwealth University and an elected member of the Prince George’s County Board of Education in Maryland, USA. He is also a former high school English teacher and turnaround middle school principal in Mississippi.
