Biography

Nicola S. Morgan is a multi award-winning TEDx and keynote speaker, international educational consultant, author and teacher. With over two decades of experience in education, she currently works closely with senior leaders, schools and parents and often speaks at conferences on resilience, behaviour management, engaging families and navigating difficult conversations. Nicola taught herself to swim at the age of 37 and a few years later swam the English Channel solo on her second attempt, to prove that anything is possible as long as you believe in yourself.
