Biography

Michael Waters is a leading global real estate academic. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and he has worked in real estate academia for over 20 years, having undertaken teaching and research roles at some of the UK’s most prestigious universities. He is an assessor and chairperson for the RICS and has mentored significant numbers of professionals through their APC final assessment.
