“Over the years, it has been truly motivating to witness Irene’s journey unfold. Her transition from an experienced practitioner in the nursing sector to a respected academic has been nothing short of remarkable. This transformation did not happen by chance; it is the outcome of her continuous effort, professional integrity, and passion for contributing to the field. It is therefore my very great honour to write this message for her book publication. Environment socio-cultural factors are impactful, affecting the teachers as well as the learners. This book will be a very useful to everyone conducting skills education. May it inspire her peers, colleagues, and future scholars in the higher education sector across the world to pursue an even higher teaching excellence with the same sincerity and perseverance that Irene embodies”.
