“Coaching for Effective Leadership in the Early Years is the book every Early Years leader should read. Jenny has a rare gift for taking the complexity of coaching and making it deeply readable, practical and transformative for leaders wanting to grow confident teams and create lasting change.”

Kym Scott, Early Years Consultant, Speaker and Author

“This thoughtful and compelling book reframes leadership in early years as relational, reflective, and rooted in professional agency. By positioning coaching as a way of being rather than an added task, it offers a powerful, practical vision for building confident teams and sustainable quality.”

Sara Bonetti, Ed.D., Independent Researcher

“An empowering, accessible guide for busy leaders navigating the complexities of Early Years (and often accidental) leadership. Filled with practical tools, honest case studies, and reflective prompts, Jenny demystifies coaching and gives leaders realistic ways to embed this approach into their settings, empowering teams, promoting staff well-being, improving practice and building their own leadership skills along the way. Highly recommended!”
