Biography

Christian van Nieuwerburgh is a consultant, executive coach and academic. He is Professor of Coaching and Positive Psychology at the Centre for Positive Health Sciences at the RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences, Strategic Partner of Instructional Coaching Group, a provider of coach training and consultancy for the education sector and Principal Fellow of the Centre for Wellbeing Science at the Melbourne Graduate School of Education of the University of Melbourne (Australia). Christian has written extensively in the fields of coaching and positive psychology.

Brittany Rehal is a leadership consultant, coach and researcher. Brittany’s consulting focuses on educator flourishing, systems thinking and culture architecture across education and organizational settings. Brittany partners with school districts, universities and organizations in the United States and internationally on leadership development and flourishing initiatives grounded in coaching psychology and positive psychology. Brittany holds graduate degrees in education, applied positive psychology and coaching psychology.
