Constance L. McKoy is Marion Stedman Covington Distinguished Professor and Director of Undergraduate Studies in Music, The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Vicki R. Lind is former Professor and Chair of the Music Department at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
