Biography

Susan Hines is Vice President of Academic Affairs at the Schools of Graduate and Professional Programs and Professor in Educational Leadership at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, USA. She has a 39-year academic career in academic leadership, faculty development, curriculum, research, and accreditation. Her research focuses mainly on faculty development evaluation with numerous publications and conference presentations.

Catherine Ford is Program Director for Educational Development at Minnesota State, USA, where she creates, coordinates, and leads educational development opportunities through the Network for Educational Development (NED). She has more than 24 years of teaching experience in high school, undergraduate, and graduate programs.
