"This is a must-read guide for teaching. Often it is the non-teaching staff who try to engage with parents, and this book is written very much with them in mind, as well as for teaching staff. Those reading this book will find it helps them bridge the gap between their student's school and family life and understand the effects and the benefits of positive family engagement."
