Ndivhuho Tshikovhi is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Durban University of Technology (DUT) in South Africa. He is also the project manager for the BRICS Research Institute at DUT.

Fulufhelo Netswera is the executive dean: Faculty of Management Sciences at the Durban University of Technology (DUT). He is also the head of the BRICS Research Institute at DUT.

Ravinder Rena is an adjunct professor of economics at the Faculty of Management Sciences at the Durban University of Technology (DUT).
