Rodrigo Rosa is a sociologist with extensive experience in projects focused on gender equality, work-life balance, and family policies across Europe. He has served as an external expert on gender, diversity, and inclusion for the European Commission and is the (co-)author of numerous publications addressing gender-related issues.
