Biography
Yogashri Pradhan is the founder of IronLady Energy Advisors, a consulting firm focused on delivering technical solutions across the energy spectrum. With over a decade of experience in unconventional asset development and production engineering in the Midland and Delaware Basins, she has worked with multiple Permian operators and most recently served as Lead Production Engineer at Chevron.
Her contributions to the industry have earned her recognition as a Distinguished Alumnus of the University of Texas Petroleum Engineering Department and inclusion in Hart Energy’s 40 Under 40. She is also the recipient of the Regional Reservoir Engineering Dynamics and Description Award and the Regional Service Award (2020), as well as the Houston Engineers Week Young Engineer of the Year Award (2018) and the International Young Member Outstanding Service Award from SPE (2018).
Yogashri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin (2015), a Master’s in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University (2020), and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2024). She is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Texas and New Mexico.
