    Biography

    Chitra Krishnan, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management & Behavioural Science at the Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Noida, India. A teaching professional with over 16 years of experience, she has published her work in national and international journals and has participated in many national and international conferences. She has been a member of the review committees for conferences and journals. Her interests are human resource management, organizational behavior, talent management, diversity management, employee satisfaction and knowledge management, artificial intelligence, and emotional intelligence.

    Kavita Thapliyal, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Business Communication and Soft Skills and the Transformational Speaker and Chief Corporate Trainer at Amity International Business School at Amity University, Noida, India. She has published eight books, which have been successfully incorporated in the course curriculum at several universities in India. She is a regular speaker on management, literature, and women’s empowerment in industry. She also has been a Soft Skills and Behavioural Development Trainer for the Central Reserve Police Force, Indian Army, Border Security Force, and police personnel.

    Gurinder Singh, PhD, is the Director of the Executive Programs Management Domain at Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, Greater Noida Campus, India. He has more than 27 years in institutional building, teaching, consultancy, research, and industry. He was the Founder Pro Vice-Chancellor of Amity University, the Founder Director General of the International Business School, and Founder CEO of the Association of International Business School, London, UK. He has conducted many international conferences, including the International Business Horizons Conference, a landmark conference, for the last 20 years.
