Biography

Hüseyin Pamukçu, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, University of Afyon Kocatepe, Türkiye. He started his academic career at Kastamonu University as a research assistant in 2013 and as a doctoral lecturer in 2018 in the Department of Tourism Management of the Faculty of Tourism at the University of Kastamonu, Türkiye. He received his bachelor degree from Mustafa Kemal University, his master degree from Afyon Kocatepe University, and his doctorate from Sakarya University 2017. His academic work focuses on tourism and hospitality studies.

Ömer Akgün Tekin, PhD, is a Professor at the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Manavgat Faculty of Tourism, Akdeniz University, Turkey. His research interests include Muslim-friendly travel marketing, halal tourism, tourism and hospitality management, organizational behavior, food waste, and emergency food services. He earned his master and PhD degrees from the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, Akdeniz University, Turkey.

Shruti Arora, PhD, is currently working as an Associate Professor at the Modi Institute of Management and Technology and as guest faculty in the Department of Commerce and Management, University of Kota, India. With over 17 years of academic experience in marketing, international business, and customer relationship management, she has published extensively with leading academic publishers and serves as a BRICS Community of Practice (CoP) Researcher, supporting international academic collaboration.
