Biography

Harry Fletcher-Wood is a former history teacher and head of professional development. He has worked on developing expert teachers at Teach First and Ambition Institute, and is currently Director of Training at Steplab, leading their Certificate programme for teacher educators. Harry co-led the Education Endowment Foundation’s systematic review of professional development.
