Biography

Kate Jones is an experienced teacher of history and former leader. She is a bestselling author, blogger and award-winning international speaker. Kate is currently Senior Associate for Teaching and Learning at Evidence Based Education. She writes extensively about education on her website and in various educational magazines including Teach Middle East Magazine, HWRK magazine and the TES.

Adam Woodward is the Head of School at Seal CE Primary School in Kent, part of Inspire Academy Movement Trust. He has been teaching for over 20 years within both the state and independent sectors, teaching across the primary age range within this time with a passion for all things teaching and learning and curriculum development. Adam has written for the TES, HMWK magazine and for The Key whilst also contributing chapters to several educational books, including Kate Jones’ Retrieval Practice: Primary (2022). Outside of school, Adam is a husband to Katie and father to two boys, James and Sam, based in Bexley, South East London.
