This book brings this to the fore and recommends the contextualisation of leadership development by having the right mix of academic rigour and real-life reality. I recommend this book for everyone as it widens our horizon on how leadership is the missing link in our life performance.” Professor Chimezie Anyakora, Chief Executive Officer, Bloom Public Health.
