Leading Learning and Teaching in Higher Education has a lot to offer. Its engaging structure involves the reader in responding to the book’s challenges interactively and guides teaching practitioners in their journey to become academic leaders in education. It is refreshing in its attempt to develop first-time leaders by taking them through the practical steps of reflective practice by questioning action and stimulating self-evaluation and regulation.
