Vanessa Frangville is Senior Lecturer and Chair Holder in China Studies at the Université libre de Bruxelles, Belgium.
Thierry Kellner is Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the Université libre de Bruxelles, Belgium.
Frederik Ponjaert is Researcher at the Institute for European Studies at Université libre de Bruxelles, Belguim and Associated Lecturer in Comparative Regionalism at SciencesPo (IEP-Paris), France.
