Biography

Jarat Chopra is Director of the International Relations Program at Brown University, Lecturer in International Law and Research Associate at the Thomas J.Watson Jr Institute for International Studies. He has observed a number of peace operations including those in Sri Lanka, Namibia, Nicaragua, Western Sahara, Cambodia, Tajikistan, Moldova, El Salvador, Somalia, Georgia and Macedonia.
