Madhavi Sripathi is an assistant professor at K L University with over 15 years of teaching and research experience. She holds a doctorate in Management, has authored several textbooks, holds a published patent, and has completed a UGC-sponsored research project. An active member of professional academic bodies, her scholarly interests include marketing, analytics, consumer behavior, and interdisciplinary research.
T.S. Leelavati is an assistant professor at Seshadri Rao Gudlavalleru Engineering College with over 14 years of academic experience. She holds a PhD in Emotional Intelligence and an MBA, and is UGC-NET qualified. Specialized in HR and Marketing, she has authored textbooks like Human Resource Metrics and Analytics and serves as a Springer book editor.
Venkata Subbaiah P. received his PhD from VIT Business School, VIT University. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at VIT-AP University. Prior to this role, he was associated with the Department of Business Administration at Annamacharya University (formerly AITS). His research interests primarily focus on celebrity endorsement and higher education institutions (HEIs). He has published several research papers in reputed journals and was honored with the Best Paper Award at an international conference held in Malaysia.
Susmitha Kunchaparthi is an assistant professor at Seshadri Rao Gudlavalleru Engineering College, Andhra Pradesh. She holds a PhD from Andhra University and postgraduate degrees in Finance and Marketing from JNTUK. An APSET-qualified academic, she has 13 years of teaching experience and has published 20 research papers. She is an active member of IARA. Her research interests include education and finance.
