Keith Wood is a Professor at the Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Education, Universiti Brunei Darussalam.

Saratha Sithamparam is an Associate Professor and Deputy Dean (Research) at the Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Education, Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
