Dr Simon Goncharenko (PhD, CSP) leads Expert Services at Veriforce, teaches Policies and Ethics of Health and Safety at Liberty University, USA, and is reshaping safety culture worldwide via his Save Lives Global initiatives (SaveLivesGlobal.com). With over thirty years of field and academic experience across three continents, Dr. Goncharenko is a respected voice in operational excellence and human factors. He has worked with global giants including Meta, CBRE, and BHP, has authored over 80 articles and six books, and developed the world’s first Human Factors Training program for mission-critical facilities.
