Biography
Nicola Brooks is an established leader within specialist education with experience of whole trust leadership. She has been teaching for 20 years in both mainstream and special schools. Nicola is passionate about developing people and culture, with a particular focus on staff and leadership development.
Nicola Whitcombe is an experienced SEND Headteacher, Trust Regional Director and School Improvement Advisor. As a former Senco, she is driven by a passion to ensure pupils with additional needs thrive and achieve their potential through high aspirations and exceptional teaching.
