Biography
Ramona Negrón, Ph.D., is a postdoctoral researcher at the Royal Dutch Institute for Caribbean and Southeast Asia Studies (KITLV-KNAW), researching slavery and proto-citizenship in the Dutch Caribbean. She specializes in colonial, maritime, and slavery history.
