Robyn L. Tate is Research Professor at the John Walsh Centre for Rehabilitation Research, Sydney Medical School, University of Sydney, Australia.

Michael Perdices is Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist at the Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney, Australia.
