Ashleigh D’Aunoy is Director of Enrichment, Innovation, and Talent Development at the Episcopal School of Acadiana where she works to meet the needs of the school’s diverse learners through a strength-based, talent-focused lens. This book is based on firsthand research conducted for her dissertation.
