Biography

Celia Lee is Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Formerly a practitioner in the Singapore public sector, her research interests include Talent Strategies in the Public Sector (Asia); Transnational Knowledge Transfer; Public Sector Innovation; Governance in the Philanthropy Sector; BRI and ASEAN.
