    Biography

    Dr. Pamela A. Kramer Ertel is Dean of the College of Education at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, where she formerly served as a Professor in the Department of Early Childhood and Elementary Education.

    Dr. Madeline Kovarik has served in the field of education as an elementary teacher, guidance counselor, primary specialist, school administrator, and professor.
