Dr. Carla B. Brigandi is an Associate Professor at West Virginia University, where she teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Educational Psychology, Research Methods, and Gifted and Special Education.
Dr. Cindy M. Gilson is an Associate Dean of the Honors College and affiliated Professor of Gifted Education in the Special Education and Child Development Department at University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
