Biography
Dr. Vishal Ahuja received a Ph.D. and master’s in biotechnology from Department of Biotechnology, Himachal Pradesh University. He has >6 years of experience in waste valorization and production of green fuels and bioactive compounds via microbial fermentation, for energy and healthcare related applications. He has worked at CSIR-Indian Institute of Petroleum, Dehradun, India in FTT project and currently working as Assistant Professor Research and Development at Chandigarh University India. He has >45 publications in form of research, review articles and book chapters, and 3 edited book with >500 citations, h-index 12, and i10-index of 12. Based on his research contribution in agricultural waste valorization, he is awarded with “Young Scientist Award” by Society of Agriculture Research and Social Development, New Delhi, India in 2023. He is the reviewer many top reputed journals and reviewed >100 manuscripts. He is also editorial board member of PLOS One and Scientifica, BMC Biotechnology, Biomed Research International, Hindawi.
Dr. Preeti Solanki has more than 9 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Environmental Science, Biotechnology, Ageing research, Neurobiology and Neurophysiology. She has worked with government institutions of national repute like DRDO, University of Delhi, and PGIMS (Rohtak) besides private institutions like LPU, DAV and Chandigarh University. She has published more than 20 international publications and received fellowships, research grants and international travel grants from national and international bodies like American Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences (USA), International Brain Research Organization, Society for Psychophysiological Research (USA), DRDO (India), UGC (India), and AICTE (India).
Dr. Harmail Singh has been working as medical officer anesthesiologist under the Directorate of Health Services, Punjab, India, since April 2015, and is presently posted at at Civil Hospital, Banur, Punjab. He completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Amritsar, Punjab in 2008, after which he pursued his junior residency at Fortis, Mohali, and in Transfusion Medicine at GMCH, Chandigarh. After completing his Diploma in Anesthesia and Critical care, he worked as a senior resident at GMCH, Chandigarh during 2012-2015. He is a young and dynamic health professional with more than 10 years of experience in critical care medicine.
