“This playbook is a timely and essential resource... It brilliantly balances the need for practical, accessible guidance with a thoughtful exploration of complex EDI issues. In the spirit of inclusion, it centres and amplifies often underrepresented voices to offer clear, actionable strategies…even in the face of austerity, technological change, and shifting political landscapes.
