Biography

Kelly Graves, CEO of Internal Business Solutions Inc., has for two decades helped individuals and organizations overcome their most daunting challenges and find success, on the understanding that most, if not all, organizational problems hinge on improving human communication and processes. Graves earned a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in psychology. He has consulted with corporations such as Build.com, AMain.com, KPMG, Caterpillar, Bloo Solar, Lufthansa Airlines, Valley Truck and Tractor, and Wells Fargo, as well as many family-owned businesses in need of unique transition and leadership services.
