Kingsley Bolton is Emeritus Professor of English Linguistics at Stockholm University, Sweden, and Research Fellow at Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines.

Werner Botha is Associate Professor at Flinders University, Australia.

Benedict Lin is Senior Lecturer at the Language and Communication Centre, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
