Weiyuan Zhang is Head and Chief Researcher of the Centre for Research in Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning, Associate Head of the Centre for Cyber Learning, and Co-Chief Editor of the International Journal of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning, School of Professional and Continuing Education at the University of Hong Kong.
