Eunice M. L. Soriano de Alencar, Ph.D, is professor emerita at the University of Brasilia, Brazil and a researcher for the National Council for the Scientific and Technological Development. She has published more than 200 books, chapters, and articles in the field of psychology and education.
Maria de Fatima Bruno-Faria, Ph.D, is a professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She has published many articles and chapters in books about creativity in organizations. Her research interest is the culture of innovation. She has also been a consultant in the area of human resources.
