Biography
Thamsanqa Thulani Bhengu serves as Associate Professor in Educational Leadership, Management and Policy in the School of Education, University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. His research focuses on educational leadership, leadership development, rural education and servant leadership. He has successfully supervised sixteen Honours students' independent research projects, 63 Master's students and 28 PhD students. Bhengu has published 29 journal articles in DHET-accredited journals and eight book chapters.
Nhlanhla Mbuso Mngomezulu is interested in studying the participation of indigenous leadership in democratic government departments. He is a former circuit manager in the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Education, iLembe District, South Africa, in which he served for 41 years in various positions, including as a teacher, lecturer in two colleges of education, secondary school principal, circuit manager and deputy education specialist in the examinations component.
Themba Ralph Mkhize is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations at the University of South Africa (Unisa). He holds a Master's degree in Higher, Adult and Continuing Education from Michigan State University, United States. He obtained his doctorate in Educational Leadership, Management and Policy from the School of Education, University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
