Biography
Nicholas Sun-Keung Pang served formerly as Professor and Chairman of the Department of Educational Administration and Policy at Chinese University of Hong Kong and GaoFeng Chair Professor of Faculty of Education at East China Normal University. He specializes in educational administration, school leadership, policy studies, and international education.
Ewelina K. Niemczyk served as Professor of Comparative and International Education at North West University in South Africa. Her research interests focus on higher education, policy studies, comparative education, and sustainable development. She has experiences in teaching and research in Canada, Poland, and South Africa.
