Biography

Michelle Pacheco DuBois, Ed.D. is the Gifted Education Coordinator for the Boulder Valley School District. She provides national professional development on culturally, linguistically diverse, and twice-exceptional learners. She is the author of two Prufrock books: Supporting Gifted ELLs in the Latinx Community: Practical Strategies K-12 (2021) and Leading Culturally Responsive Gifted Programs: A Roadmap for Change (2023).

Leslie Gaiser, Ed.S. is a Director of Special Education for the Boulder Valley School District. Holding advanced degrees in Special Education and Administration, she presents on Autism, UDL, and twice exceptionality, and provides training in literacy, math, and behavior supports to promote inclusive, equitable learning.
