Saurabh Kumar Dixit is a Professor and Founding Head of the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong (Meghalaya), India. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology, a Master's degree in Tourism Management, and a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Hotel Management. His research interests include Consumer Behaviour, Gastronomic Tourism, Tourism Experience Marketing, and Management. He has authored /edited fifteen books.

Biography

Saurabh Kumar Dixit is Associate Professor and Head, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong (Meghalaya) India. He holds Bachelor's in Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Master's Degree in Tourism Management and Doctorate Degree (Ph. D.) in Hotel Management. His research interests include Consumer Behaviour, Gastronomic Tourism, Service Marketing, and Tourism Experience Management.
