Biography
Rolv Petter Amdam is Associate Professor of Business History at the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo. He developed this book whilst a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Reading. He is the co-author of Wealth of Contrasts: Nyegaard & Co - A Norwegian Pharmaceutical Company and co-editor of Crossing the Borders: Studies in Norwegian Business History
