Stuart Busby is Director of Learning, Mercian Educational Trust, UK. He is currently completing his doctoral study of partnerships between English and Tanzanian schools at the University of Exeter, UK.

Chrispina S. Lekule is an Associate Professor and the Vice Chancellor of Ruaha Catholic University.

Christina Raphael is Senior Lecturer of Educational Management, Dar es Salaam University College of Education, University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
